Are you having trouble using your mobile device? This new FREE service aims to help you to understand and operate what at first glance may look and feel like a very strange and frightening beast.

All tuition and help will be on a "one-to-one" basis.  We feel this will provide you with a more comfortable and friendly environment in which to learn how to get on with your mobile devices.

Help and advice can be provided in the areas of "the internet", "email", "basic operating skills", "security" "applications", "social media", "taking photos", and many other subjects.

When you apply for an appointment, your specific requirement will be discussed and a time and date provided for you to attend.

This service is provided for our members, if you are not a member already, don't worry all you have to do is visit the library and one of our volunteers will sign you up in no time.  You will then be able to take advantage of the many other services we offer.

This service is FREE but we would appreciate any donations you would like to make, if you find the service acceptable.

Contact now: enquiries@whickhamlibrary.co.uk or pop into the library and pick up an information sheet, which contains all the tuition details.
